We are looking for an Administration Manager based at our Head Office in Cupar to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. We are a family run business and the role demands a hands on approach with the ability to be flexible and innovative.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Plan and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage the updating of records and databases.
Analyse data and prepare reports using Microsoft excel and accounting software.
Work closely with sales team, raising sales invoices for equipment.
Manage the credit control for the business and maintain close links with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
Proven experience as an office manager or similar.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with leadership skills.
